Sleepy Bird

This is a graphite pencil drawing of a American Paint Horse. It was done on regular sketch paper. It is approximately 8 x 11.5 in. The most challenging part was probably the hairs on the muzzle and the eye. I am pleased most by how detailed and accurate I made it's markings. I learned how to draw eyes a little more realistic with this drawing. I love drawing horses, dogs, cats, and other animals.
