Drawing With Ink

Drawing with ink, or pen and ink, refers to the use of ink when drawing a picture. Ink is one of my favorite mediums to use; it's clean and neat and easy to transport (what could be easier than placing a pen in my handbag?). It's also very versatile and can be used with other mediums for some beautiful effects.

While originally artists used a pen that had to be dipped into the inkwell, today less-expensive disposable pens that already contain the ink are also available.
